Norvex Studio builds apps for people who work. This Privacy Policy applies to all apps published by Norvex Studio, including ContractorKit. We are committed to protecting your privacy — and in most cases, there is nothing to protect, because our apps are designed to work entirely on your device.
ContractorKit is an offline-first iOS app. It requires no account and does not transmit your data to any server. All information you enter — client names, project details, estimates, signatures, and photos — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your business or client data.
ContractorKit offers optional paid upgrades (Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, Pro Lifetime) processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not handle payment information. Apple's Privacy Policy governs all purchase transactions.
We may use Apple's built-in analytics (App Store Connect Analytics) which provides aggregated, anonymous usage data. No personally identifiable information is included. You can opt out of sharing this data in your iPhone's Privacy settings under "Analytics & Improvements."
Some features may offer optional iCloud sync to back up your data across your Apple devices. If enabled, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and governed by Apple's iCloud Terms and Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
Our apps do not include third-party advertising SDKs or tracking libraries. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party.
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
