ContractorKit stores all your data locally on your device. You can export invoices and estimates as PDF directly from the app. To back up all your data, enable iCloud Sync in the app settings, and your data will be synced securely to your iCloud account.
No account required. ContractorKit is completely offline-first — you can start using it immediately after downloading. All your data stays on your device. If you want to sync across your Apple devices, you can optionally enable iCloud Sync.
If you delete ContractorKit without backing up, your data will be deleted from your device. We recommend enabling iCloud Sync before deleting the app, or export important invoices as PDF for your records.
ContractorKit is currently available only on iOS. We designed it specifically for Apple's ecosystem to provide the best offline-first experience. Android support is not currently planned.
Yes, if you enable iCloud Sync in settings, your data will sync automatically across all your Apple devices using iCloud. This requires an Apple ID and an active iCloud account.
The free version includes all core features: estimates, invoices, and client management. Pro adds professional templates, advanced reporting, and priority support. You can upgrade anytime from within the app.
